Do your kids or teens like reading? How would a book club especially for them sound?

What’s it all about?

There are plenty of book clubs for adults, but not too many especially for kids and teenagers. As someone who’s a bit obsessed with kids’ books, and who’s edited books for kids and teenagers, I’m pretty passionate about getting kids reading. So, I’m setting up a book club.

If your child loves reading, it will be something they can look forward to every month.

If they’re a reluctant reader, I hope it will encourage them to read a bit more than they do now, with no pressure.

What’s coming

I’m really excited about this. I’ll choose a book of the month for younger kids, tweens and teens to read.

Here’s what they’ll get:

  • A reading guide that includes activities and discussion prompts to get them thinking and talking about the book

  • A reading tracker so they can keep track of what they’re reading

  • Monthly book club newsletter including quizzes, book reviews and other fun stuff
